I arrived at 11 am, the guy said he would only deliver after 2 pm because he was going to have lunch.. I got there and he was attending to 3 people, left me waiting, then the guy says it didn't work out, that he lost a key because the lock was jammed.. I asked for a utility knife, scraped the part where the paint was preventing the latch from coming out... and magically when he made the new key the lock worked... these guys don't want to make money, they just want quick service... the key was made in 10 minutes, it was good, but the service provided and the relaxation in not wanting to work made the whole service go down the drain... I do not recommend

I do external services and my wife stays at the locksmith making key copies when I can't attend, I always recommend another Professional. Rafael I apologize for the poor service of my former employee, we serve on a first-come, first-served basis prioritizing the elderly, pregnant women, and physically disabled. There are days when the demand is high. The good thing is that in the end the service worked out for you. We are always trying to improve as human beings and professionally. Best regards to all.
